McCall grew up in Boston, MA and was educated in Boston and Washington, DC, and earned his MA in International Relations in Dublin, Ireland. His creative work and training programs have brought him to produce projects at Athens 2004 Olympics, Ming Chuan University, Taipei Taiwan, with consulting in Japan, S. Korea, Indonesia, Malaysia, and, Singapore.
